 5 Colavita sun dried tomatoes, chopped
 2 tbsp Colavita sun dried tomato oil 
 ¼ cup parm cheese
 ½ cup heavy cream 
 ½ cup spinach
 4 cloves garlic, chopped
 ½ red onion, diced
 ½ tsp basil 
 ½ tsp salt 
 ½ tsp garlic powder

In a pan add sun dried tomato oil, onions, garlic and sauté for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Add the chopped sun dried tomatoes, cannellini beans, heavy whipping cream, seasonings, spinach and stir.

Once the spinach has cooked add the parmesean cheese and remove from heat.

Serve with toasted bread.
