1Heat the Colavita olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
2Add in the pork and sear it, cooking until it is browned on all sides.
3Add in the broccoli and cook until the pork is cooked through and the broccoli is steamed.
4Add in the garlic, ginger and cook 2 minutes.
5Add the soy sauce, cooking wine, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and sriracha.
6Add in some chili flakes to taste.
7Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Once it is boiling, salt it generously. Add the gnocchi to the pot of water and cook according to package instructions (about 2 minutes). The gnocchi will float to the top of the water surface once they are cooked.
8Using a slotted spoon, remove the gnocchi from the water and place them in the skillet with the broccoli and pork.
9Toss to coat. Add a little Colavita Olive Oil if the mixture seems dry.
10Remove from heat.
11Garnish with sesame seeds, chopped scallions, and chili flakes.
