Enjoy these berry popsicles on a hot day, or make a cool one even cooler! Made with delicious berries of all types when they're purée'd. You can find the recipe for the fruit purée here.

Berry Popsicles

 ½ cup strawberry purée
 ½ cup blueberry purée
 ½ cup blackberry purée
 ½ cup raspberry purée
 16 oz vanilla greek yogurt
Optional: sliced berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
Tools:
 Popsicle forms and sticks
1

Using a spoon, start with a healthy dollop of your favorite fruit purée as the bottom layer of the popsicles. Allow the purée to come about 1/2" up the popsicle form.

2

In a small bowl, combine a bit of the fruit purée with about a tablespoon of yogurt. This will give you a slightly lighter puree color. Drizzle this on top of the first layer. You can also use a completely different fruit puree for a rainbow effect.

3

Keep layering purée and yogurt blends, ending with vanilla yogurt at the top.

4

Feel free to drop a few whole berries in there while you're layering.

5

Now place the lid on the popsicle forms and insert the popsicle sticks. Place them in your freezer and freeze over night.
