Brie and Olive Crostini by @sarah_licious_eats

 ½ 1/2 jar Colavita Country Style Pitted Olives
 4 tbsp Colavita Basilolio Extra Virgin Olive oil
 1 baguette 
 1 Brie cheese wheel (8oz), sliced
 ¼ cup chopped walnuts 
 2 tbsp fresh rosemary

Preheat oven to 400. Slice baguette and brush with basilolio extra virgin olive oil. Place sliced Brie on top of the bread and cook in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Chop olives, walnuts and rosemary while the bread is in the oven. After 5-7 minutes, remove the crostinis and top with olives, honey, walnuts and fresh rosemary.
