Brie & Prosciutto Crostini by @cucina.mingrina

 1 crunchy baguette
 extra virgin olive oil
 brie cheese
 prosciutto
 Colavita balsamic glaze

Preheat oven or toaster to 400 F.

Slice the baguette into even pieces about one inch thick.

Place bread slices on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Toast for about 5 minutes until golden brown but not yet super crispy.

Remove from oven and top each piece with a slice of Brie cheese. Return the tray to the oven until the cheese is slightly melted, about 3 more minutes.

Top each crostini with a piece of thin-sliced prosciutto.

Drizzle on Colavita Balsamic Glaze.
