 6 - 8 medium to large tomatoes (any variety or color)
 ½ lb fresh mozzarella, torn into pieces
 3 tbsp Colavita Premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Colavita Balsamic Vinegar
 Large flake sea salt
 Fresh basil
