The below recipe makes 1 sandwich. You can simply double the ingredients for each sandwich you wish to make.

 1 Sandwich Roll (Sub/Hoagie/Grinder)
 1 ½ tbsp Colavita Red Wine Vinegar
 1 ½ tbsp Colavita Premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 ½ tbsp Mayo
 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
 3 slices Capicola ham
 3 slices sandwich-style pepperoni
 3 slices sandwich-style salami
 2 slices provolone cheese
 4 Colavita Sundried Tomatoes
 3 Romaine lettuce leaves
 Colavita Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Slice open the sandwich roll lengthwise, ensuring it lays mostly flat but is still connected at one long edge. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Colavita Red Wine Vinegar, Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mayo, and Italian seasoning until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning with Colavita Sea Salt and Black Pepper as desired. Set aside.

Chop the capicola ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone cheese, sundried tomatoes, and lettuce into small, even, bite-sized pieces.
