Creamy Cheese Fondue

This quick and simple creamy cheese fondue recipe will be gone in seconds. Use any assortment of foods for dipping, including our pasta shapes and sun-dried tomatoes!

 Colavita Olive Oil to coat the pot
 1 clove of garlic
 ½ lb swiss cheese, shredded
 ½ lb gruyere cheese, shredded
 1 cup white wine
 ½ tsp mustard
 1 tsp Colavita Aged White Wine Vinegar
 pinch of nutmeg
For dipping:
 assorted Colavita pasta shapes, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, assorted vegetables

Coat the fondue pot with Colavita olive oil.

Rub the garlic clove around the pot to flavor it.

Add wine, mustard, vinegar and bring to a simmer.

Add cheese and let it melt.

Finish off by adding in a pinch of nutmeg.

Use assorted pasta and vegetables on skewers for dipping!
