Cook pasta according to package, for 3 minutes.
In a frying pan add extra virgin olive oil, once oil is hot add garlic and lemon zest.
Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat then add country style pitted olives. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Next, add vodka and allow the vodka to reduce, cooking for 1 minute on medium heat.
Add extra virgin olive oil from the olive jar and butter. Allow butter to melt and cook on low heat for 2 minutes, add in pasta and blue cheese crumble. Mix together until blue cheese has melted and serve.
Top with blue cheese crumble, lemon zest and fresh parsley
