This fettuccine with peanut sauce dish combines unique flavors with a traditional cut of pasta. It's the perfect meal for anyone wanting to try something new!

Fettuccine with Peanut Sauce

 1 lb Colavita Fettuccine
 ¼ cup soy sauce
 ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
 ¼ cup cold water
 ¼ cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
 1 clove garlic, minced
 ½ inch piece fresh ginger, minced
 3 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 3 tbsp sesame oil
 4 - 5 scallions, sliced thin
 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Boil water in a pot for 1 lb. of Colavita fettuccini pasta and cook until al dente.

Meanwhile, combine all ingredients except scallions and red pepper flakes into a mixing bowl and stir or blend until smooth.

Dress pasta with peanut sauce, toss with scallions and top with red pepper flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.
