This yummy four ingredient blender chimichurri sauce comes from Argentina and is amazing with steak, but equally great with chicken, fish and even veg and hot coal roasted potatoes.

Four Ingredient Blender Chimichurri

 1 small handful fresh oregano leaves
 2 large handfuls fresh parsley leaves
 3 garlic cloves
  cup Colavita Aged Red Wine Vinegar
 ½ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Kosher salt
 Freshly ground black pepper

Pulse oregano, parsley, garlic, vinegar, and evoo until mixture resembles a chunky paste. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.


Serve with sizzling hot steaks, chicken, or fish.
