Garlic Knot Wreath

2 16 oz tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
½ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 2 tbsp fresh parsley, divided
 2 - 3 tbsp dijon mustard
 pinch of salt
1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Cut each of the 16 biscuits into four pieces. Roll each piece into a ball with your hands.

3

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, mustard and salt, reserving 2 tablespoons; set aside. Stir in biscuit pieces and gently toss to combine.

4

Place each piece on the prepared baking sheet, forming a circle. Leave enough room in the center for a small bowl (you can place marinara or a cheese sauce in there). Make another circle around the outside of your first one. Finally, make a circle on top of the two bottom circles. You know have what looks like a bread wreath.

5

Place into oven and bake until golden brown, about 15-18 minutes.

6

Serve immediately, brushed with remaining oil mixture, extra herbs and cheese.
