Ambrosia is a variation on the traditional fruit salad. Our greek yogurt balsamic ambrosia salad combines savory greek yogurt with crisp Colavita white balsamic vinegar for the perfect combination of fruit and flavor.

Greek Yogurt Balsamic Ambrosia Salad

 2 mandarin oranges, 2 blood oranges, and 2 sumo oranges, peeled and sectioned, sections cut in half crosswise (or any combination of oranges to yield 1 cup)
 1 cup diced pineapple
 3 kiwis, peeled and cut into small pieces
 1 cup greek yogurt
 1 cup shredded coconut or coconut flakes
 ½ cup slivered almonds
 1 cup mini marshmallows
 1 cup Colavita White Balsamic Vinegar

Reduce the Colavita White Balsamic Vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat until only ¼ cup remains (this should take about 10 minutes).

In a large bowl, combine all the chopped fruit, coconut flakes and almonds.

Pour the reduced balsamic vinegar over the fruit and stir to make sure all the fruit is coated.

Add the Greek yogurt to the fruit bowl and mix to combine.

Top with mini marshmallows.

Can be served in a large salad bowl, or portioned into smaller glass bowls for presentation.
