Grinder Pasta Salad by @sarah_licious_eats

Yields1 Serving

 8 oz Colavita bow tie pasta
 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
 1/4 cup peperoncino
 3 Colavita sun dried tomatoes, sliced
 1 cup cucumber, diced
 1/4 cup red onion, diced
 1/2 cup salami
 1/3 cup pepperoni
 1 cup cabbage, shredded
 1/2 cup white cheddar, cubed
Dressing
 2/3 cup mayonnaise
 2 tbsp Colavita red wine vinegar
 2 tbsp Colavita extra virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 1/2 tsp dried basil
 1/2 tsp dried oregano
 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
 1/4 tsp salt

Bring 4 to 6 quarts of slightly salted water to a rapid boil. Pour in pasta and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once pasta is cooked, strain it and rinse with cold water. Add pasta, cherry tomatoes, peperoncini, sun dried tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, salami, pepperoni, cabbage, and white cheddar to a bowl.

Next, make your dressing by combining all ingredients and stirring. Add dressing to pasta salad and mix. Serve cold and enjoy!
