 1 box Colavita Chickpeas, rinsed
 2 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive oil
 2 tbsp Colavita Balsamic Vinegar
 1 tbsp Colavita Balsamic Glaze
 1 oz arugula
 2 tbsp red onion, diced
 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half 
 1 lemon, juiced
 1 garlic clove, grated
 1/2 avocado 
 2 tbsp feta 
 Salt & Pepper to taste
 ½ tsp creole seasoning

Combine all ingredients into a bowl, mix and serve immediately.
