Rinse fresh rosemary with water, then immediately dip them into white sugar, rim your board with the sugar dusted rosemary.

Slice a Brie wheel of cheese in half, take a Christmas tree cookie cutter and cut through one side of the brie wheel. Spread a jelly of your choice onto the half that is not cut with the cookie cutter. Place the outlined Christmas tree slice of brie over the jelly.

Choose from any Colavita dips and or vegetables to use on the charcuterie board. 
Use grapes as a perfect fruit pairing.

For the salami rose, take 12 pieces of salami and fold each slice over the edge of a glass. Start layering the salami about 1/4 inch over the seam of the glass. Continue layering the pieces until the hole in the center starts to close.

Fill all the empty space with crackers and festive chocolate covered almonds or any nut.
