Hot Honey Balsamic Fig Chicken Cutlets by @imcurrentlycraving

 1 lb chicken breast pounded thin
  cup flour
 1 egg scrambled & mixed with 1 tbsp
  cup roasted garlic olive oil
  cup seasoned bread crumbs
 ½ cup evoo
 ¼ cup honey
 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
 ½ tbsp balsamic vinegar

pound chicken breast until 1/2 inch thick

dredge each breast through flour, then egg and coat with bread crumbs

add evoo to your pan and heat to medium/high heat, once sizzling add your chicken

fry each side until golden brown (about 5 minutes) and then finish in the oven

combine honey, red pepper flakes & balsamic vinegar in a separate dish, drizzle on top of chicken & add a pinch of salt

optional: finish with a sprinkle of parm & fresh herbs
