The Italian Ramen Salad is our take on the college student's version of a salad. Quick, easy, and you should be able to find all of these ingredients for a low cost!
Separate the spice mix from the ramen noodles. Place noodles in a small sandwich bag, and break them up into small pieces.
Mix together the Colavita Balsamic Vinegar, Colavita Olive Oil, pepper and the ramen spice pack.
First place lettuces in a large bowl. Top with artichoke hearts, olives, tuna, and hard boiled eggs.
Pour dressing over salad and top with crushed ramen noodles.
Note: This would be great with chicken too!
