Italian Sausage and Pasta Soup by @sarah_licious_eats

 1 ½ cups Colavita Small Shells
 1 box (13.76oz) Colavita Diced Tomatoes
 1 packet (1.5oz) Colavita Tomato Paste
 1 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 lb Italian sausage 
 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 4 cups chicken stock
 ½ cup cream
 2 cups fresh spinach 
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 1 tbsp dried basil
Garnish:  Basil, Grated parmesean

In a large pot add extra virgin olive oil and Italian sausage, cook sausage thoroughly (until brown).

Add onions, small shells, and garlic and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, tomato paste, chicken stock, spinach, cream and basil. Bring the soup to a simmer and cook  for 8 minutes (until pasta is fully cooked).

Top with fresh basil and grated parmesean cheese
