Deli sliced meat and cheese, plus some fresh veggies, some Italian bread, and our aged red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil? Sounds like a delicious Italian sub to me!

Italian Sub

 2 large baguettes or long loaves of Italian bread
 5 tbsp Colavita Aged Red Wine Vinegar
 5 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
 ¼ lb deli-sliced provolone cheese
 ¼ lb deli-sliced Genoa salami
 ¼ lb deli-sliced ham
 ¼ lb deli-sliced mortadella
 ¼ lb deli-sliced capicola
 ½ head iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
 ¼ to 1/2 cup sliced pickled pepperoncini
 3 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
 1 ½ tsp dried oregano

Split the bread lengthwise, then divide into three or four pieces.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons each of the vinegar and olive oil on the both halves of the bread. Sprinkle with oregano and season with salt and pepper.

Layer the cheese and meat on the bottom half of the bread.

Top the meat with the tomato, pepperoncini and lettuce.

Top with other side of the bread and serve.
