
preheat oven to 450
cut up squash & sweet potato into one inch cubes
make the miso marinade: add miso paste, maple syrup, olive, salt and pepper and mix until smooth
add half the marinade to the veggies, mix and roast with an additional tablespoon of olive oil
meanwhile, prep the chicken by cutting in one inch cubes and mixing with remaining marinade, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper
add the chicken to the partially roasted veggies, along with the green beans
roast for another 20 minutes
serve!
