Muscle Motivating Choco-Beet Blend

 1 medium beet, roasted and peeled
 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (even better – use cacao powder)
 ½ banana
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
 1 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
 2-3 ice cubes

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
