Olive Garlic Bread

A perfect appetizer for game day, cocktail hour, or just when you’re feeling a bit snack-ish! These garlic bread recipes have something for everyone, from classic to spicy and always oh-so-cheesy!

 1 jar of Colavita Pitted olives, sliced
 8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
 ¼ cup mayonnaise
 3 scallions, sliced, green parts only
 2 tbsp Colavita Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 baguette, sliced lengthwise

Place the sliced baguette on a sheet pan and drizzle with Colavita Roasted Garlic EVOO. Broil for a few minutes until the baguette is golden.

Mix the scallions together with the mayonnaise in a small bowl.

Starting with the Garlic Bread as a base, spread the mayonnaise and scallion mixture over the top of the bread. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese.

Evenly distribute the sliced Colavita olives on top of the cheese.

Broil for 5 minutes until golden brown. Cut into slices and serve.
