Peloton Instructor Jess King’s Caesar Salad Dressing

It’s officially the new year and we are excited to continue our partnership with Peloton Instructor Jess King to bring you a fresh and healthy Caesar Salad dressing recipe to kick-off 2022! Cook along with Jess and her partner, Sophia, on their new Ooo Mami episode presented by Colavita!

Ooo Mami

 ¼ cup plain hummus
 1 tsp spicy mustard
 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, to taste
 2 tsp Colavita Capers, finely minced/smashed
 3 tsp brining juice from Colavita Caper jar
 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
 1 healthy pinch each sea salt and pepper (more to taste)
 12 tbsp Colavita Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 12 tbsp Colavita White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil (optional)
 1-2 tsp maple syrup/agave

Add all ingredients into a large bowl and rapidly mix with a fork or whisk.

Pour your Colavita Casear Salad dressing on your favorite salad mix. Jess & Sophia used halved romaine hearts, grilled chicken and vegan cheese.
