Pork Chops with Grilled Nectarines or Peaches

Whatever stone fruit is in season where you are, grill it up! Pork chops peaches and goat cheese are a classic trio made better with Colavita Balsamic Glace.

 2 bone-in pork chops
 3 firm but ripe nectarines or peaches, sliced
 3 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Colavita Balsamic Glaze
 1/4 cup crumbed goat cheese
 salt and pepper

Heat your grill to high.

Brush both sides of the fruit slices with Colavita Olive Oil.

Place the fruit slices, on the grill. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.

Place nectarines on a plate to the side.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and drizzle them with Colavita Olive Oil.

Place pork chops on the hot grill. Cook pork chops for about 6-7 minutes per side. The meat should be light pink on the inside when done. If using a meat thermometer, cook until chops register at 150 degrees F.

Place chops on plates and top with grilled nectarines and two tbsp goat cheese each.

Drizzle with Colavita Balsamic Glaze.
