Protecting Pumpkin Smoothie

 ¾ cup pumpkin puree
 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
 1 cup light coconut milk or water
 ½ banana (frozen or fresh)
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 pinch of allspice
 pinch of nutmeg
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2-3 ice cubes
