Savory Pumpkin Dip

This super simple, vegetarian, and gluten free savory pumpkin dip recipe will be the highlight of any Halloween gathering you have!

 1 can cannellini beans, drained
 1 cup pumpkin puree (or 1 cup roasted pumpkin meat)
 3 tbsp Colavita Olive Oil
 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 ¼ tsp black pepper

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add more Colavita Olive Oil if the mixture seems dry.

Garnish with parsley, a sprinkle of paprika and a drizzle of olive oil.
