This savory yogurt with chickpeas and pesto is made gluten free and is vegetarian. Made with Maple Hills Creamery greek yogurt and Colavita pesto.

Savory Yogurt with Chickpeas and Pesto

 8 oz container of Maple Hill Creamery Plain Greek Yogurt
 1/4 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
 2 tbsp Colavita Pesto
 4-5 Colavita Sun-dried Tomatoes, roughly chopped
 Small handful of pine nuts
 Drizzle of Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Add the yogurt to a small cereal bowl.


Mix in the Colavita Pesto Sauce, leaving a small amount to mound on top.


Scatter the chickpeas, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts over the top.


Finish with a drizzle of Colavita Olive Oil.
