This Shaker Vinaigrette will become a staple in your fridge after you've tried it. Perfect for salad, grilled veggies, or chicken!
Combine shallots, garlic, mustard, honey, vinegar, water, zest, oregano, basil, EVOO, and salt and pepper in a medium size jar. Shake!
Unused vinaigrette can be stored, in the jar, for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Once stored, the EVOO may solidify. To use, warm at room temperature or under warm water.
