Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich with Artichoke Pate Spread

 4 sesame bagels, sliced in half
 1 jar Colavita Artichoke Pate
 16 oz whipped cream cheese
 1 lb smoked salmon
 1 jar Colavita Capers
 1 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
 Kosher salt
 Fresh dill

In a medium bowl, combine the Colavita Artichoke Paté and the cream cheese. Mix until the two are incorporated.

Toast your bagel halves to a golden, brown color.

Place the bagels on a platter and spread the artichoke cream cheese onto 4 of the halves.

Top the cream cheese with a about 4 cucumber ribbons and a few slices of smoked salmon.
