There isn't a tastier and more fun snack than these spiced popcorn balls with peanuts and pretzels. A pinch of rosemary really ties this recipe together.

Spiced Popcorn Balls with Peanuts and Pretzels

 ¾ cup light corn syrup
 ¼ cup Colavita Olive Oil
 1 tsp cayenne pepper
 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped small
 3 confectioner's sugar
 1 cup mini marshmallows
 3 popcorn
 1 cup peanuts
 1 cup mini pretzels
 Extra oil for your hands

In a large pot over medium heat, combine the corn syrup, olive oil, cayenne pepper and fresh rosemary. Bring to a low boil. Add in the confectioner’s sugar and marshmallows. Heat back to a boil again.


In a large bowl, combine the popcorn, peanuts and pretzels with the hot marshmallow mixture. Mix well, coating all the ingredients


Shape the popcorn into balls. You will need to work quickly and keep your hands well-greased.


You can wrap the balls in plastic wrap and keep for a week.
