 1 blood orange, peeled and cut into segments
 2 tbsp Colavita Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Colavita Balsamic Vinegar
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper

Wash green beans and place on large paper towel.

Cut and trim stems.

Place cleaned and trimmed green beans in a medium glass Pyrex bowl.

Place wet paper towels over the bowl to cover.

Cook in microwave until beans are tender, about 6-8 minutes.
