 1 baguette, sliced
 Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
 1 jar Colavita Eggplant Paté
 Arugula leaves
 Cherry tomatoes, sliced
 Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino cheese, thinly sliced

Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and lightly spray with Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Toast in a 360°F oven for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
