Sun-dried Tomato Hummus

Who doesn't love hummus? Add even more flavor by adding sun-dried tomatoes. This sun-dried tomato hummus recipe won't disappoint!

Ingredients:
 1 jar Colavita Sun-dried Tomatoes
 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 ½ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 2 tbsp tahini sauce
 3 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For dipping:
 Fresh vegetables like carrots, zucchini, green beans, Brussels sprouts

Process:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

Puree until smooth.
