Sweet and Spicy Green Olive Pizza

 12 oz fresh mozzarella, torn
 1 package Colavita Crushed Tomatoes
Flaky sea salt and crushed red pepper flakes
 6 oz salami
1 jar Colavita Green Olive Pate
 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
 Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Optional: bagel seasoning
1 recipe homemade pizza dough or 1 recipe homemade semolina pizza dough
 Maple Syrup to finish
1

Preheat oven to 500°F for at least 1 hour before baking. If using a pizza peel, allow the peel to heat up in the oven for at least 30 minutes before baking on it.

2

Stretch out your dough onto a pizza peel dusted with flour. If you don’t have a peel, you can use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the crust with the bagel seasoning, if using

3

Spread a thin layer of the Colavita crushed tomatoes on top of the dough.

4

Place the torn pieces of mozzarella cheese on top of the crushed tomatoes.

5

Add slices of salami (about 6 per pizza) and dollops of the green olive paté.

6

Drizzle with 1 tbsp Colavita olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and slices of jalapeno.

7

Slide your pizza from the peel onto the stone in the oven (or place the baking sheet in oven) and bake for 8-10 minutes (individual ovens will vary, so keep an eye on your pie!), until the crust is golden brown.

8

Remove from the oven and slide onto a cutting board.

9

Drizzle with Maple UnTapped (about 1 tbsp per pizza), slice and serve.

Note: 1/4 cup maple syrup = 2 Maple UnTapped packets
