The best part about this sweet fruit and cheese platter is that you can customize it anyway you want! Add some different fruit, or take some cheese out! It's all up to you and will be delicious any way!

Sweet Fruit and Cheese Platter

Fruit:
 Strawberries
 Grapes
 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
 1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks or rounds
 Blackberries
 2 apples, sliced
Cheese:
 Ricotta cheese
 Mozzarella bocconcini
 Gorgonzola cheese
Meats:
 8 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
 6 oz thinly sliced capicola
 4 oz thinly sliced salami
Extras:
 Quince preserves
 Colavita Premium Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Colavita Balsamic Glaze
 Assorted crackers and sliced focaccia bread

Place all the fruit, mozzarella and gorgonzola cheeses, meats and crackers and bread on a large wooden board, arranging them however you like.

Roll the prosciutto into rolls and fold the salami and capicola into triangles.

Place the preserves, ricotta cheese and Colavita Olive Oil in separate small bowls. Drizzle a little Coalvita Balsamic Glaze on the ricotta cheese and sprinkle it with flaky sea salt.

Place cheese knives around the board for the cheeses, and small forks or toothpicks for serving the fruit.
