Salad
 1 box (13.4oz) Colavita Black Beans
 1 box (13.4) Colavita Chickpeas
 1 box (13.4) Colavita Red Kidney Beans
 1 Cucumber, diced
 1 Red bell pepper, diced
 2 Stalks celery, diced
 ¼ cup Red Onion, diced
 ¼ cup Parsley, chopped
 ½ cup Cherry
 Tomatoes, sliced in half
 Optional: Salad greens & Feta Cheese
Dressing
 ½ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Colavita Red Wine Vinegar
 2 Lemons, juiced
 2 tbsp Honey
 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
 1 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Pepper

Drain and rinse the beans, then combine the cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, celery, cherry tomatoes and parsley into a large bowl . In a separate bowl combine the ingredients for the dressing and stir. Add the dressing and toss the bean salad together.
