Our tuna and white bean radicchio lettuce wraps are a game changer. They're quick and easy to make and are a super fresh addition to any brunch menu!

Tuna and White Bean Radicchio Lettuce Wraps

For the Wraps:
 5 oz can of albacore tuna
 1 cup cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
 2 Meyer lemons (juice and zest)
 1 head radicchio, leaves gently removed
For the Dressing:
 ¼ cup Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Colavita Prosecco Wine Vinegar
 ½ shallot
 2 tbsp raw honey
 ¼ cup parsley
 2 tbsp fresh dill
 2 large leaves fresh basil
 Salt and pepper

Toss tuna, white beans, lemon juice and zest together in a bowl. Salt and pepper lightly. Fill radicchio leaves with mixture.

In a blender or food processor, combine all the dressing ingredients and puree.

Drizzle over wraps. Serve extra dressing on the side.
