White Bean and Avocado Toast

 1 avocado
 ½ cup white beans
 1 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus extra for drizzling
 1 pinch sea salt and black pepper
 1 pinch pinch of hot chili flakes (optional)
 Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
 Multigrain toast

Toast the bread in a toaster.

In a medium bowl, smash the avocado with a fork. Add the Colavita Olive Oil to smooth it out into a paste.

Season with the salt and pepper.

Spread the avocado mash onto the toast.

Place a scoop of white beans on top of each piece.

Sprinkle with hot pepper flakes and parsley, if desired and a drizzle of Colavita Olive Oil.
