Zaza is at it again with the delicious recipes! This time its her perfect Roasted Butternut Squash Halloween Pizza Pie, thats quick and easy to make.

Ingredients

 1 butternut squash
 1 tsp cinnamon
 0.50 tsp nutmeg
 sea salt
 1 cup ricotta cheese
 sage leaves, fried
 Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 pizza dough
 pinch of flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

Cut butternut squash in half, drizzle each half with EVOO and sprinkle with sea salt, then roast in pre-heated oven for 15-25 minutes, or until squash is tender and lightly brown.

Remove squash, scoop the insides into a bowl, add cinnamon and nutmeg, and mash.

Dust a peel board with flour and stretch out your dough.

Apply the mash, ricotta cheese, then drizzle with EVOO and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes, decorate with fried sage leaves and enjoy!
