Zaza’s next take on a perfect pie! The piquant combination of pears and pecorino cheese on pizza makes a mouthwatering appetizer, or dinner for guests!
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
Roll out the pizza dough onto a flour dusted peel board and position pears on the dough.
Place the pecorino cheese shavings on top of pears and garnish with rosemary.
Drizzle the pizza with maple syrup and olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake the pizza at 500 degrees for 10 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
