A roasted head of garlic is more mild and buttery than it's raw counterpart with a spreadable consistency that makes it a no-brainer for bread. But this delicious roasted garlic isn't just for bread! It's a wonderful base for a variety of recipes.
Heat up the oven to 350°F.
Chop off the pointy part of a head of garlic. Place it in a piece of foil and drizzle with Colavita Olive Oil.
Cover the garlic completely with the foil. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the garlic cloves are soft and easily pierced with a knife.
