Baci Pancakes
Baci for breakfast? Of course! Baci (kisses) and pancakes always go well together. Try them!
Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Directions

Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Drop on a hot grill that has been lightly coated with oil.

Brown on one side; then flip and brown the other side. Can be served with syrup or just sprinkled with powered sugar.
