Feta and Egg Taco by @sarah_licious_eats
Ingredients
1 Egg
1 Tortilla
1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Avocado
Directions

In a frying pan, add feta cheese and place an egg in the center.

Add salt, pepper, and pesto sauce to the pan. Cover with a lid and cook for 1 minute.

Remove the lid and continue cooking until the edges turn brown, roughly 3 minutes on medium heat.

Smash the avocado onto a toasted tortilla and add the feta egg on top. Enjoy!
