Ingredients

2 oz gin

1 ½ oz dry vermouth

1 tbsp Colavita Limonolio

2 tsp olive brine

1 tsp honey

Olive and lemon peel for garnish

Directions

In a cold cocktail shaker, combine gin, vermouth, Colavita Limonolio, and olive brine. Dry shake to emulsify the olive oil.

Pour the drink into a chilled martini glass and garnish with olives and lemon peel.
