These sesame seed crisps are a staple during the Chinese New Year. They're simple to make and super delicious! Once you try one you won't be able to stop!
Beat the egg whites until they start to get bubbly. Add the powdered sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved. Beat in the oil and flour and mix well. Stir in the sesame seeds. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the batter (about 1 scant tbsp) onto the parchment and smooth it out using a circular motion until you have a disc about 3” in diameter. Leave about 1” between cookies.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden. Cool and serve.
