Ingredients: 2 tbsp Colavita Olive Oil; 1 tbsp Colavita Red Wine Vinegar; 1 English cucumber, chopped; 1 clove garlic, minced; 1 large avocado, chopped; 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped; ¾ tsp cumin; ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes; ½ tsp salt; 1 ime, juiced
