Ingredients: Dressing; 3 tbsp Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 2 tbsp Dijon mustard; 1 lemon, juiced; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp pepper; Salad; ½ box (13.4oz)Colavita Cannellini beans, rinsed; ½ box (13.4oz)Colavita Chickpeas beans, rinsed; 1 avocado; ½ fennel, thinly sliced; 3 oz arugula; 1 buffalo mozzarella

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 lemon, juiced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Salad

½ box (13.4oz)Colavita Cannellini beans, rinsed

½ box (13.4oz)Colavita Chickpeas beans, rinsed

1 avocado

½ fennel, thinly sliced

3 oz arugula

1 buffalo mozzarella
