1 ½ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup lemon infused olive oil
1 ¼ whole milk
1 large eggs
1 tbsp lemon zest
¼ cup Orange Liqueur
For the topping:
⅓ cup powdered sugar
fruit of choice
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp orange zest
lemon infused olive oil for drizzling
