This incredibly easy dessert is perfect for any school lunch or after school snack! These olive oil churros take minutes to prep and make and come out delicious every time.
Heat oven to 375°F. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
Unroll the pastry dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, slice the dough in ½” strips.
Brush the top of the pastry dough with Colavita olive oil; sprinkle with about half of the sugar mixture.
Twist each strip until it resembles a spiral.
Sprinkle some extra sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes and serve.
